R. Kipp Craig

Kipp Craig is the founding partner of Craig Law. His practice is focused on corporate and general business matters, including mergers, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, partnerships and joint ventures, debt and equity financings, lease transactions, large-scale commercial contracts and everyday corporate advice.

He also practices extensively in personal injury law, residential real estate and Wills and Estates.

Locklynn Craig

Locklynn Craig (Lockey) is a partner at Craig Law and counsels clients on a variety of real estate, corporate, and general business matters, including mergers, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, partnerships and joint ventures, debt and equity financings, lease transactions, management and consulting arrangements.

He has significant experience in the hospitality industry and real estate development. Much of his time is spent assisting clients with investments in hotels, resorts and restaurants.

David G. Kusick

David G. Kusick is a senior associate with Craig Law LLP and brings a breadth of experience to the firm focusing on family law, labour and employment, criminal defence and general litigation matters.

David was born and raised in Calgary and has been a southern Alberta resident his entire life. Prior to his law career, he was active as a local and regional officer for a major national trade union appearing before arbitration boards and in the media; he also worked as a labour relations specialist during law school and following graduation as a specialist for a major mining company in southern British Columbia focusing on arbitration and human resources management.

David practiced as a criminal defence lawyer in Lethbridge before being invited to join the crown prosecutors’ office in Medicine Hat where he was responsible for prosecuting matters from traffic tickets to murder, appearing both in Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench. Subsequent to his work as a crown prosecutor, he was honored to be invited to practice family law at a firm in Calgary, but wishing to stay in Southern Alberta, he joined a Law Firm in Lethbridge where he enjoyed a very successful practice. In 2015, he was invited to join Craig Law LLP, subsequently opening the Lethbridge office.

David has a solid history of client success and has appeared in all levels of the Alberta court system, before arbitration panels and other administrative bodies and looks forward to continuing to serve our client’s in Southern Alberta.

Regan Dahl

Regan Dahl is an associate with Craig Law. He maintains a broad practice which includes intellectual property, corporate, labour and employment, family law and general litigation matters. Regan is a registered Trademark Agent and can advise clients on trademark, patent and technology licensing matters.

Prior to joining Craig Law, Regan was a member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property groups at an international law firm in Edmonton. During this time he was involved with the incorporation, organization and financing of companies, due diligence review, mergers and acquisitions, and share and asset transactions. Regan has experience in commercial leasing and financial services, representing both lenders and borrowers. He also gained experience advising clients on patent, trademark and technology licensing matters, including assisting with the preparation and prosecution of patent, and trademark applications, providing patent and trademark opinions, trademark opposition and expungement proceedings, domain name disputes and copyright matters.
